Phone to Phone via Web. Visitors to your web site can simply click on a link like this and they then insert THEIR telephone number in a box and are connected to YOUR default landline or mobile number via the Internet.
As with the Web to Phone option, it works like an International freephone number in that the call is free to the customer – your business just pays for the first leg of the call [from their phone to the web] and last leg of the call [from the web to your phone]. In the UK each leg currently costs 1.2 pence per minute, making 2.4 pence per minute in total if your business is based in the UK and the caller is in the UK. In South Africa it currently costs 4 pence a minute, making a total of 5.2 [1.2p + 4p] pence per minute if your business is in the UK and the caller is in South Africa!
